Snapchilling

In the summer most people prefer a nice cold drink over a hot cup of chocolate or coffee. Iced coffee is the perfect answer to this demand. A development in the world of cold coffee is ‘Snapchilling’. Snapchilling is the process of brewing and then immediately cooling the coffee to lock in flavor without allowing the coffee to oxidize or become diluted. This technique is slowly replacing cold brew coffee. Snap chilled coffee takes less time to create and preserves the flavor a lot better too. With this technique, you don’t have to use ice cubes and that’s why there is more flavor in snap chilled coffee than in iced coffee. The same principle as with scotch and scotch on the rocks.

Summer trend colors

Every season there are different trend colors. This summer the colors are quite colorful and outspoken. Which one do you prefer?
